Wheels Manufacturing’s PressFit 30 Bottom Brackets are an excellent direct replacement for SRAM, FSA and other PressFit 30 BBs. They are 100% made in the USA with machined aluminum cups for superior durability and your choice of standard sealed, angular contact or ceramic bearings (this model has sealed bearings). You get radial deep-groove bearings that have 5/32-inch Grade 20 balls, the largest in the industry, resulting in a 12% increase in static load compared to standard 6806 bearings. Dirt and outside elements are kept out by no less than two double-lip seal systems. The bearing seals are dual-lip, groove-type seals rather than standard 2RS types that other manufacturers use; one lip to keep the dirt out and the other to keep the 90% grease fill inside. Also, the bearings are filled on both sides with Mobil HP 222 synthetic grease for the best protection and long-lasting setup. Another external seal with dual lips on both sides and made from the best Silicone material guards from water and dirt penetration, too!

1) Enduro ABEC-3 Sealed Bearings – Most Economical

Grade 10 Chromium Steel Balls: High precision balls are within 10/1,000,000-inch round, twice as round as the industry standard, at its highest level.

52100 High Carbon Chromium Alloy Races: Vacuum de-gassed process for the purest chromium alloy steel, hardened to R-62, extremely tough and very durable. Polished to a mirror finish for ABEC-3 precision and noiseless movement.

Riveted Steel Retainer for toughness, ABEC-3 tolerances and noise tested, C-3 or C-N Internal Clearance

The bearing seals are dual-lip, groove-type seals rather than standard 2RS types that other manufacturers use; one lip to keep the dirt out and the other to keep the 90% grease fill inside. Bearings are filled on both sides with Mobil HP 222 synthetic grease for the best protection and long-lasting setup. 2) Enduro Angular Contact Sealed Bearings – Best Ride Quality / Durability

Enduro Angular Contact (A/C) cartridge bearings are specifically designed for bottom brackets (and hubs). In standard radial bearings, only 3 or 4 balls make contact during the load, at any given time. In Angular Contact (A/C) bearings, ALL balls are engaged and spread the force over a larger surface area, to decrease friction, and minimize wear.

Grade 5 Chromium Steel Balls: High precision balls are within 5/1,000,000? round. These are military level specification, used for precision equipment. R-64 hardness, of the highest grade.

Enduro Ceramic Hybrid bearings have Grade 5 ceramic balls with ABEC 5 chromium steel races. Bearings are made from pure Silicon Nitride material with extreme high density from uniform compaction, the micro-structural development of this material during manufacturing is second to none.

Grade 5 Si3n4 Ceramic Balls: High precision balls are within 5/1,000,000? round, 60% lighter weight, and 7 times harder than steel. 52100 High Carbon Chromium Alloy Races: Vacuum de-gassed process for the purest chromium alloy steel, hardened to R-62, extremely tough and very durable.
